Hi, I’m Kellee.
Here is a bit of information to get to know me better.
My Background
Being raised by a strong mother instilled within me a foundation of good nutrition, physical activity, spirituality, and a strong work ethic. Losing both my biological and stepfather in my twenties to heart disease that could have been prevented, I became motivated to dedicate myself to health and become a teacher of a healthy lifestyle.
Currently parenting a 22-year-old son and a 21-year-old daughter has given me motivation, experience and wisdom toward my passion for health coaching.
When I am not working, I enjoy being active by walking, hiking, skiing, strength training and practicing yoga. I cook for the people I love and get excited about trying a new restaurant. I am always reading a book and escaping into a dramatic tv series. To relax, I clean, listen to music and meditate.
