My Process

Let’s work together to improve
your health and wellness.

This is the process I developed after more than 30 years working in the business and healthcare industries that will bring real change to your life.

Step 1:

Complete Contact Me Form

 

Complete the contact form. Once I receive this, I will reach out to you to schedule a meet and greet (phone call or virtual meeting).

Step 2:

Meet and Greet

No cost

 

During the phone or virtual meet and greet, you will share why you are interested in health coaching and what you hope to achieve. We get to know each other a bit and I can answer questions about the coaching process, expectations and cost.  If you are interested in getting started, then you can immediately schedule your initial appointment or contact me at anytime to schedule.

Step 3:

Initial Health and Wellness Coaching Session

Included in plan cost or $100 one time fee

 

During the initial appointment the following will be discussed:

  • Your past and current behaviors, patterns and habits 

  • Dimensions of well being 

  • Importance of balance

  • Strengths and areas of opportunity

  • Support system

  • Tracking 

  • Setting  specific, measurable, action-orientated, realistic and time orientated goals

  • Your learning style

  • How you best like to communicate and how often

Step 4:

Ongoing Health and Wellness Sessions

Fee: $75

 

We will set a schedule of ongoing sessions together based on your goals. During these sessions we will

  • Review and modify goals

  • Acknowledge and celebrate successes

  • Identify habit loops (cue, routine, reward)

  • Identify triggers and barriers 

  • Review of plan 

Plan

For a behavior change to be sustainable and, you must work on it for 2-3 months. My clients have the most success when they work with a health coach weekly until a new healthy habit is formed.

3 Month Plan

Fee: $750

 

This plan includes weekly coaching sessions, as well as email and text message reminders in-between sessions.

During each session we will:

  • Review and modify weekly goals

  • Acknowledge and celebrate successes

  • Identify habit loops (cue, routine, reward)

  • Identify triggers and barriers 

  • Review of plan
